    Logistics
    Our parcels are dispatched exclusively by DHL from our warehouse in Germany. You are also welcome to specify your nearest packing station or post office as your delivery address, we will of course also ship to this address.

    Delivery times
    Orders received by us before 12:00 noon (Mon - Fri) are usually dispatched on the same day, provided the products are in stock. Goods dispatched by DHL will usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days within Germany, outside Germany usually within approx. 2 to 5 working days.

    14 days right of cancellation
    You have the right to cancel the contract entered into with your order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. More about the right of cancellation.

    Prepayment: You will receive an e-mail with our bank details after placing your order. After receipt of payment, the goods will be dispatched to you.

    Cash on delivery: The cash on delivery payment method is only available in Germany. The purchase price of the goods is paid by the recipient to the carrier (DHL) upon delivery to the recipient.
