RETURNS POLICY

Product Returns

We hope that you’re satisfied with the products you order from us. If, for any reason, you change your mind and would like to return a product for a refund, please send the unopened product with the seal intact and a note of your name and order number to the address below. Returns must be received within 60 days of the order date and in resaleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Lost or damaged parcels

In the unfortunate event that items are missing or arrive damaged, please send details of the issue, including photographs of any damage and your name and order number, to contact@bigvits.com within 30 days of the order date.
